Workout for body tension and endurance
The joint-gentle workout improves posture, body tension, strength and endurance.
The deep muscles are trained and preventively prevent back problems. Especially with a lot of sedentary work, this holistic training creates an ideal balance to muscular imbalances.
The full-body workout is also suitable for beginners without any previous sporting experience, and the joy of movement is a top priority when training with music.
Therefore, the "TUM Gesunde Hochschule" team offers 10 units of back training in online sessions.
When: From September 14th every Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. via zoom over 10 training units of 60 minutes each (free for TUM members)
