Our intestinal health is considered a taboo topic. This “ecosystem” is a complex interaction of the intestine, brain and trillions of microorganisms. It has a significant impact on physical and mental well-being.
TUM Alumna Hannah Samira Schmidt is passionate about the topics of mental, physical and gut health and provides information about intestinal health in her coaching sessions and on social media. In her lecture she explains how our psychological balance and our intestinal health can influence each other. You will also receive important starting points and concrete tips on how you can positively influence the gut-brain connection in order to live a healthier and more energetic life.
