Wolfgang Parnitzke, TUM alumnus, TUM mentor and coach combines his own experiences from a long burnout and the knowledge he has acquired since then as a resilience coach.
He presents simple – but non-trivial – measures on how you can become more resilient despite high levels of stress.
Wolfgang Parnitzke studied mechanical engineering at TUM and has been working as a mentor since 2019. He works as a business coach for focus and mindfulness and has 25 years of experience in the topic of resilience, leadership and organizational development.
