Hochschulreferat 6 provides online advice via the TUM learning platform Moodle with instructions on how to set up your own office workstation ergonomically. Short videos explain the most important aspects of the various adjustment options for office chairs, how to determine the correct desk height and aids in case the desk is not (sufficiently) height-adjustable.
In addition, the topics of light at the workplace, regeneration, occupational health care and screen glasses are addressed.
