Action Days 2025: Cancer Prevention Exhibition, Expert Lectures and Moodle Course
This year, our health days are all about cancer prevention. Around 500,000 people in Germany are newly diagnosed with cancer each year.
According to the World Health Organization, up to 40 percent of these cancer cases could be prevented through prevention.
This year, our special focus is on gender-specific cancers such as prostate, testicular, breast, and cervical cancer, as well as HPV infections. Prostate cancer is by far the most common cancer in men and breast cancer in women in Germany.
Together with the ONCOnnect project at the Cancer Comprehensive Center of the TUM Hospital, funded by the German Cancer Aid, we at TUMgesund are planning health days with a prevention exhibition at various locations, keynote speeches and workshops by experts from TUM and TUM Hospital, health modules, and more on the important topic of cancer prevention.
Take the opportunity to learn more and ask your questions directly to the experts!
Please note the dates:
The campaign days will take place at the respective locations from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and count as working hours for employees at the location.
The TUMgesund team looks forward to your participation!
